Returns : We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aesthetic Creations. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your handmade products, we offer a hassle-free return process.
1. The Return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The original tags must be intact for successful Refund.
3. The return will be accepted only if you receive a damaged or defective product. For this, you need to send an uncut video of the parcel opening. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including return shipping cost.
4. Return is also applicable upon receiving a completely different product from what you had originally ordered.

Refund :
Upon receiving the returned items and verifying their condition, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellation :
If at any point you want to cancel the order then you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel the order.
